Rajasthan SLSA Recruitment 2026 for 10 Legal Aid Defense Counsel Posts

The Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (Rajasthan SLSA) has invited applications for the recruitment of 10 Legal Aid Defense Counsel posts on a contract basis across various districts in the state. The available positions include Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel and Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel, with no Deputy Chief posts officially listed. These roles are intended to strengthen the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System in criminal courts. The last date to apply offline to the respective District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) is 23 January 2026.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official website https://rajasthan.nalsa.gov.in or the concerned DLSA notice board.
2. Download the Scheme of Engagement and prescribed application form (Performa).
3. Fill the form for the respective post and paste a recent passport-size photo.
4. Attach self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, and Bar Council enrollment proof.
5. Submit the application by hand or via Speed Post to the concerned District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) only.
6. Ensure the application reaches the DLSA office on or before 23 January 2026 by 05:00 PM.
7. Applications sent to Rajasthan SLSA or received after the deadline will not be accepted.
